We are still forced to wear masks for the control aspect of working in our store. No one seems to know how much longer we are required to wear them. Can someone ask Stankey for us and find out ? We have no resources and no upper management that seem to care other than just do what you are told even though we do not know why.

stop wearing them I did at my company once I actually did research that spanned the last 50 years and nothing showed they worked.
nobody said anything and nobody basically cared. love my company they just care if you are actually competent at what you were hired to do and do it well. that is why are stock price is soaring. they care about the customer and actually work and spend money to support them. they are not caught up in the woke cr-p and just focus on the job at hand and increase the stock price through customer satisfaction.

They are keeping it alive, for the exempt, to give them something to beat you up with. They had already started threatening people with suspensions.
Refuse to wear under it being detrimental to your health. If that fails, tell your manager straight up to F off.
IF you are concerned and not getting answers from your manager, ask the Union to get answers.
You can apply for a religious exemption against PPE (separate from the vaxx exemption). I did and won that too. Masks do nothing to prevent the spread and when they become a fashion statement, that tells you all you need to know.
It is all about control and virtue signaling. The CDC “science” doesn’t support these actions.
It is not a law take it off. They do not do anything. Tell them you want to breathe.
If the general public wants store employees to wear masks then they will. Marketing 101.
