Anyone else have an inconsiderate leader that is forcing us to break covid policies, cram into our store to GET ON A CALL? When we could call in from home? Possible layoffs or closings coming? Other stores are not being forced to attend. Anyone have any info?

when can we stop wearing these masks ? No one seems to have an answer and we all wear them " just because " we are told. I like the fact no one seems to know other than I will loose my job if I choose not to wear a mask. I think it's the control factor. The company likes the the ability to tell us what do , wear, ect. Whatever Putin wants us to do

You deserve the same respect that we gave our star retail store employee. She didn't have to show up in the ads because people were body shaming her. You have the right to restrict people from seeing your body, too. It's a basic human right.

Probably a town hall to mandate return to the office. If you are not already classified to WFH permanently, please request approval asap. I see no reason to return to an antiquated office environment. T will lose many younger employees if they mandate return to the office. Does T really want to die on that hill?
‘They cannot make you go into the office. Stand your ground.’ You do have a right to not show when you’ve been instructed by the employer who pays you. But the employer has the ‘right’ to fire you if you don’t show. I’m putting my chips on the company’s ‘rights’.

The company needs covid as a means of controlling us to make us continue to wear masks. We need that daily checklist for the diarehea check in. Socialism in the infant stages.

Must be some bad news coming when a whole store has to come in early on their off day just to watch a call.
