My team (15 people) were laid off on our first day of RTO. Oof! I got 1 week severance for each year of service. They made it sound like broader org changes were coming as part of a “Enable Our Future” initiative, but I haven’t heard anything else.

Re-orgs never stop. They are all working on RIF’s right now for Q2. Enabling our future my a-s. I don’t know if they realize they don’t have a future without good workers.

Did anyone else catch that AC mentioned enabling our future in his employee week video? He specifically said those words while mentioning org changes.
Agile is stupid here. So much wasted time. Everyone's going through the motions.
Exactly it’s this Agile garbage. I hope it backfires on them ( managing committee & higher ups) unleashing karma for lying that they care about the employees when we have eyes to see. They truly never cared.
Management at this company believes that they exist to execute re-orgs. They are constant. Always headed in a new direction. It must fool their bosses into thinking that they are doing something important.
