Managers are always sitting in the office nothing new
In Novi it used to be a few people who got anything they wanted, tons of favoritism. Now you have to do you job
In my club PTO hours, attendance, and scheduling are all taken care of by managers.
Who ever posted favoritism is not happening in Novi is probably one of the ones benefiting. it’s still happening from block scheduling, approved PTO days and attendance point system.
I’m an associate with over 30 years with Sam’s .. never have I felt like the company is trying to get rid of me ! Maybe all u associates that feel that way are not doing anything yourselves but sitting on your bu-t just like the managers you are accusing ! Times have changed in the company … roll with it or leave !
The truth is, this lazy managers are playing watching associates, when the only thing they do is sit there a-s down and play on their phones! All this newbie managers can’t do anything and they don’t want to learn just playing managers making big money… home office needs to watch them not the associates!

Older associates? anyone whos been there more than a few years already knows how the game is played. we've survived multiple corporate fat trimming sessions and associate cullings every fiscal year. If we have survived its cause we are beyond contestation. You dont have to worry about older associates. its the new fish they are gonna catch. Us veterans know the protocols and know to always be at least looking busy / know the blind spots of the cameras. We have paid our dues and survived multiple purges. Ive seen managers escorted out of the buildings in tears, FBI raiding's for an arrest ofcertain associates. corporate investigation teams. Corporate interviews by lawyers. Survival is our forte! (inebriated while i type) Good luck newbies and may luck ever be in your favor, while older assocaites watch.
They are targeting us. They are only going after long term older associates.
Inventory in a week let's mess the counts up. Maybe a bad Inventory would get rid of him.
