Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Save your health

I worked at T-Mobile for 7 years, the last 2 years of my life I was noticing that I felt extremely depressed and anxious because of how badly I was being treated by my customers and leadership. My doctor started me on anti-depressants and anti anxiety meds which seemed to make things worse.

I quit T-Mobile about 6 weeks ago and finally feel back to normal, no anti anxiety meds no depression meds, the job in itself was making me sick and feel incredibly down in the dumps. My best recommendation is that if you don't like a job, quit, it can actually cause you major health issues.

Bumped from @1jqj+1fCjyMim. If you're feeling this way, you should take this advice and leave, for your own health.

T-Mobile is the worst company I have ever worked for! Glad I am out of it now.

I was much the same way. But then I realized I really don't care what management says or wants. So I shake my head in agreement and do things my way.
