Hi, Union Bank employee here. I was looking at the US Bank benefits and job grades 1-9 only get 2 weeks of vacation for the first 5 years. Job grade 10+ gets 3 weeks. What type of position is a job grade 10?

Specialists usually start at grade 10. QA Analysts and anyone in Third Party Risk Management start usually at grade 12. Analysts and Consultants usually start at grade 13. Depends on the Business Line. Hope that helps. Also don't let the pay ranges for the grades fool you into thinking that you would receive a midpoint salary. USB's typical habit is not to get within 80% of midpoint for salary range. Hope this helps.
A lot of the back office professional analyst jobs the entry level is 13.
