I think that the focus on taking all decision making away from the people that are closest to our clients has had a very negative impact. Those making the decisions don’t have a clue what’s going on. We were such a proud group at one point in time!

I’m in HBT. This is true. It’s a total chaotic s-show here. Very difficult to get anything done due to constant changing priorities from senior leadership and lack of understanding of the industry they’re in. Bus tossing is the absolute norm.

Well , the CTOs there produce manure (that is tested by QA engineers) this manure will generate fouls smelling electricity which is then resold for profit. I sat on meetings where those CTOs basicaly can’t contribute anything real not even manure. They then blame staffing for which they are responsible…
