Yes, Avaya gets cheaper labor but at what cost? That labor is cheap for a very good reason and they're replacing good employees with experience and knowledge that's essential to the functioning of this company. I don't even blame the people who're getting the jobs abroad, it's not on them. It's on this greedy management who'd like to have their cake and eat it too. We'll see how that works out in the long run.
