So from what im hearing. If you work through the end of a quarter and retire. You dont get that bonus? Is that correct?

All I can say is my last day was on January 14th. I got my bonus this month for Q4 and M12. Now whether I get anything for M1 I'll let you know next Friday.
Still had issues with final paycheck though.

That is correct. I retired and did not receive my last bonus. There is no reason to finish out a quarter.
