Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Process Solutions

Can the process solutions make $ with sustainability products? Seems like no one in the industry is doing this well.

There are two levels within Band 3. Low level = no bonus/MIP. High level = bonus/MIP. These levels do exist (at least in HBT).

Can anyone please share how the salary bands work? Like individual contributor reports to manager, who reports to director, then Sr. director to general manager to VP to President? what's the difference between a VP and GM?

Band 3 is pretty much the low to low-mid range of individual contributors.
Band 3 does not get MIP (bonus) Band 4 does.

  1. 9% you will not be promoted to Band 4. Ever.

Many positions in Band 3 you would be far better off in Band 0 (hourly) Real vacation, sick time, paid for overtime. And the hourly rate is is pretty close to the same.

Band 3 means you aren’t getting a bonus. And will not get promoted to a band 4 for a bonus.

Band 4 or find another company

This is an interesting post. I was recently interviewed for a job in this group. They haven't given an offer yet, but looks positive and they said it's a band 3 role. What does Band 3 mean?

Tried and true honeywell recipe..
Get on the government regulation gravy train.
Same recipe that let honeywell make billions selling $35 paper party masks.
