I don’t know this for sure. Minneapolis location is putting paper stickers on lockers. Which reads either clean out or cut. Which I would assume cut means cut lock.

I am speculating, that they’re in the process of getting rid of these unpaid leave people. Basically the unvaccinated with no religious or medical exceptions.

Quarterly results are coming up. You’re guaranteed to make quarterly results.

All the people I work with are worried about me giving them covid. I wonder why they have never been worried about other deseses I may have given them...??.. I don't get vaccines why would I take government medicine now. If Honeywell asked for my original vaccine records when I was hired 30 years ago I think I would have had a different career path. Anyways no government medicine for me. I also never got Polio... I know u always worry about that too. Hahahaahahha vaccines don't save lives.

Counsel already has the letters written and waiting for the courier regarding record retention. I sure hope their record keeping is cleaner than the US armed forces.

The whole mandate was a smoke screen to force folks to get vaccinated….now that a relative handful refused/exempted, HON is stuck, their only option is to back off…. My coworkers who are exempted are working side yard side with me, masked, like me, untested, like me. Those who outright refused are home relaxing, with no termination date…eventually they will return…Omicron/Covid hysteria is fading away. All the fear and mandates and division have not worked…

HR is notably silent. They will not give a timeframe for response.

Employment is at will. No need for HON to settle and you’ll be out thousands in legal fees. Not worth it

I haven't heard anything yet. I assume, since Friday was the last day to comply, I'll get a call from someone Monday to take care of my laptop etc... Happy to be moving on, started at a job with better pay and less stress!

I took the vaccine and applied for exemption. No way i will disclose status to them.
Already talking to lawyer about how to sue for damages caused by unpaid leave, stress, etc. First appointment with family counselor, arranged by law office, is next week. I am so stressed it is impacting my marraige. Obviously will be forced to change jobs..

Although HON.666 says there were upwards of 400 Purebloods on the unpaid leave list, the majority who didn't want to bother with exemptions just moved on with the rest of the mass exodus, or retired early.

Some of us just applied for exemptions/accommodations so that we can join the class action lawsuits coming. This is another reason why they have pushed enforcement of weekly testing into March. It's well known in legal circles that HON.666 loves to settle discrimination cases out of court!
