Has anyone heard of management positions going away or restructuring areas?

Will this new “HR” position for high volume clubs be hourly or salary?
Any restructuring is going to be based on the club. Some clubs are gaining AMs and even Co-mgrs. Others are down sizing AMs. Etc etc. It's not a company thing. If you're a 100mil + club you will get more. Etc.
I wish they would take the last manager hired and fire them
Compliance and HR is the new position. I think is only clubs that hit 100m sales
