Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Is the CEO ill - does not look the same

Very uninspiring session on the Town Hall. Is the CEO sick he looked ill to me? He really was not looking well. Why are so many Senior Managers bailing out - all of them gone by end of January? What do they know?

100% lump sum goes away at the end of February. People are taking advantage of that I think

Think of all the employees, both current & retired, that have suffered under his watch. How much have they suffered with loss of benefits and wages?

Steve Jobs is exactly what I thought of when I first saw him on the webcast. Late stage cancer. I disagree with most of what JV has done for the company but I hope he recovers.

Sadly looks like Steve Jobs before his passing. Not comparing this puppet to Steve Jobs though. Steve Jobs was an innovator. This guy works for somebody who is the worst parasite of all: I CON.

They all seemed subdued. Loved the ”all in one boat” at the end. Reminds me of the appropriate song by World Party. Save me from tomorrow.

JV and his directs are going to work for zero pay for the next 2 years to prevent more layoffs! All you tinkerbells are "SAFE"!

Maybe the broadcast color balance was out of calibration, making him look that way

Upper mgmt is either getting out before the pension lump sum option goes away, or they know the house of cards is coming down. 2020 and 2021 were a bust due to covid and those trends don't appear to be improving any time soon.

Curious to know which senior managers will be leaving (and how would you know)? And indeed, the CEO really doesn't look well.
