HR is useless and out dated internally while appearing trend setting on linkedin
we need a radical change in the way HR works. everything is being pushed to BU while they just coordinate or handle the document filings
Shes woke, but is she? If it doesn't have more than 400+ likes and Chevron's page comment it doesn't count.. All white males get that attention, but I am unsure if this post got it or not.
I agree with post below, I’m surprised they are welcoming people like that, I’m happy for that person. In my 20 years I’ve been here, it’s rare to see that. I hope that person is getting all the love they deserve, they prob don’t know it’s rare for someone to welcome them.
