I have a growing feeling that management doesn't know what it's doing. It's hard to believe, but they really aren't very convincing in making us believe that they have a vision, a plan. No matter how confident they look and how full of self-praise they are, it’s just not believable. Rarely does anyone trust our management more. I wonder, is it possible that they rely on sheer luck?

Luck is about right , they have some good safety brands and footwear that continue to save the day. They keep penny pinching making the wrong people redundant. Honeywell need to be careful or drama is ahead
They rely on sheer “luck” but replace the L with a C and make it plural. They rely on 10,000 of them to show up to work every Monday.
I've said this plenty of times here....."thanks MM for your leadership", I am very pleased that I am no longer on your team.
Yup
Just look at the qtrly "shut off rde charges" mantra. No clue
If anyone else (factory, programs, sales) can change plans at last minute as they do, all mgmt hands on deck demanding pwr pt and repetitive reviews just to rake u over the coal
Except they never have any solutions to offer, the high geniuses they are; other than more of the same beating.
The shell game is jus about up. The constant stock buybacks (and the stock fell 2% this year), talent heading for the exits, lack of innovation, and greedy fools running the place have the Titanic a lot closer to the iceburg. There are no more levers to pull and buttons to push to keep the charade going.
Sigh...we've gone over this so many times. They are devotedly working their plan to line top management's and investors' pockets by emptying yours.
Better lucky then good is what they rely on.
