I can totally see why they got hacked again.
My in-laws received a bill from them even though they ported out to another carrier months ago. Went to a retail store for help and the person told them they need to have a T-Mobile line so they can send them a code to get into their account. Well...since they no longer have T-Mobile, they called me to see if they can send the code to my line.....keep in mind that my line was on a totally different account under a different name. I even talked to the id--t rep in the store and he asked if they can send the code to my line. Now why would they even suggest sending a code to someone else's line?? I flat out told the guy NO as I also ported my line to another carrier due to security concerns.
Well, it's Sievert's fault this time. He re-org'd security away from Neville and brought in a lawyer to run the security team.
I'm enjoying watching the New Sprint fail.
