You come here for actual information? This is like The Onion or some satirical Bizarro World version of WF - it's meant for entertainment rather than factual anything. There should be a disclaimer.
Isn't that how they want it? No 'best friends' at work anymore, right? Just faceless coworkers with no real meaningful ties between anyone. You don't even sit near the same people every day any more in a lot of LOBs, just shuffling masses with heads down, clicking away...

What is truly astounding are those who come here or all places looking for legit info vs, I don’t know, asking anyone of their thousands of colleagues? Even if you’re too lazy to check empower or teamworks surely you have one coworker you can hit up with a random question. And if your answer is no, you don’t have atleast one person you communicate with, holy shinkies YOU are the problem in the room. Ha.
I presumed the person saying they already got their match and the person saying the match was delayed like RTO were both being sarcastic and were trying to scare the OP who didn’t just look up the 401K match date on Teamworks.

I don’t even know where to find 401k information. My bookmark to the 401k site stopped working earlier this year and it still doesn’t work! Not sure how you others are getting in.
Agreed/great post. It's amazing how many highly compensated WF employees have no idea how something so simple and well communicated works. I've been on top of the plan since I was making $12/hr. It's really not that hard, presuming you're capable of reading in English and you care enough to make the effort.
I'm going to stop reviewing this website for insider information because the misinformation you people share on here is astounding! The SPD and all comms say the match will be made on the last business day of the year - that's 12/31. To the person who said they got theirs (the match) last week - no you didn't. To the person who said a communication indicated that the match was delayed like RTO - no it wasn't. To the person who said if only Empower would post a message that explained it - I hope you were kidding, because they did.
The info is in Teamworks and has been communicated via email.
Agreed, if you haven’t received it it’s probably because a pink slip is on the way :(
You know what would be really great? If Empower would give us a pop-up when we login that explains when the match is credited to our account. Can someone please submit a loudspeaker suggestion for this?
Comm came out last week back to back with RTO, indicating the match is also postponed along with RTO
I got mine on Monday the 20th. You didn’t get yours yet? I’d probably be worried by now if I hadn’t received it.
