Happy New Year Xerox employees. As a way to thank you for the next year of work that you will put forth for us we will not raise your health care. In this very gracious step we have found a way to just raise your deductible from 7,000 to 9,000 so that tge premium will stay the same. We understand why mental health nowadays are very important to you along with having your painful back taken care of. We also relize that alot of you are older and have heart problems that need Doctor care from time to time. We care about you so we will continue to pay 50 Dollars a year into your HSA. Appreciate all of your efforts that I know that you all will put forth. Now vet out there and do it.

There have been no changes to the medical plan options, cost or deductibles in 2-3 years so I’m not sure I’m following your post.
I left when it hit 6k. 9k is criminal! And all to look good to investors so the can get a dividend at the expense of their workforce. Shame on you X
