Well, it's official. I'm the last to leave from my entire group. The lucky ones left weeks after the re-org. I spent more time looking for a better job, rather than jump to another mess.

My signon was $185k. So yes, it can cover it. This is at a FAANG company.
No way 35 pct of my salary will get covered in a sign on bonus somewhere else.
