No emergency leave for unvaccinated, monthly surcharges

Thumbs up covidiots.

https://bestlifeonline.com/kroger-unvaccinated-news/

Kroger told employees last week it would no longer offer paid emergency leave to unvaccinated employees who contract COVID, as of Jan. 1. Furthermore, all unvaccinated managers and nonunion employees will have an extra $50 added to their monthly health plan costs.

Kroger said the new vaccination rules are being implemented "to encourage safe behaviors as it prepares to navigate the next phase of the pandemic … The changes are designed to create a healthier workplace and workforce."

The 95% "fully vaccinated" NFL now reports that they have over 500 cases of Covid in December. Be good little sheeple and be sure to get your 3rd & 4th jabs!!

Honeywell was one step ahead of them. If I remember, I think Honeywell stopped paying people sometime in 2020.

Sounds like Brandon just surrendered today on his Jab mandates!

"Look, there is no federal solution," he said during a call with state governors. "This gets solved at state level … and that ultimately gets down to where the rubber meets the road, and that’s where the patient is in need of help — or preventing the need for help."

So much for kicking soldiers with natural immunity out of the military. Nuremberg 2.0 trials will have to be held for the Branch Covidians...

"A U.S. Navy warship has paused its deployment to South America due to a COVID-19 outbreak among its “100 percent immunized” crew, the Navy announced on Christmas Eve."

Honeywell has been doing this for years, based on your BMI or being a smoker…

Not new here… move on…

Not sure why Kroger trolls would be on here unless they are actually HR. Boeing rescinding the Federal Contractor Mandate is the canary in the coal mine for HON666.

On June 10, 2021, OSHA issued its long-awaited emergency temporary standard (ETS), which requires certain healthcare employers to implement a number of policies and procedures to protect their employees from COVID-19. Some provisions receiving the most attention are the paid leave of “up to $1,400 per week” to employees removed from the workplace after contracting COVID-19.

xqa,

If there was a vaccine to prevent injuries from skiing then I would double the dose. I’d take the biggest jumps and still make it to work!!!

So.. what about shingles? Or pneumonia? Both have vaccines and are frequent causes for sick time and even 7 days out of office.

Slippery slope.

Vaccines prevent disease. They aren’t the only Way to prevent hospitalization though. What about preventable injuries that happen while pursuing dangerous leisure activities? Skiing is dangerous, surely ski injuries are “preventable”. don’t ski. Why would Honeywell give paid time off for a broken leg incurred in a dangerous sport? Hockey? Football?
