I watch some of my colleagues try hard... do their best... work overtime... they could experience burnout very quickly... I understand, everyone hopes that hard work still means something and that same thing will not happen them that happened to most people who also gave their best before them. Unfortunately, it is true that Mondelez no longer appreciates any of this.

I try so I can have the small bonus plus OT. Beyond that I couldn't care less. It pays the bills for now.
Once I quit trying, my life improved! Finally left but what got me through till I landed a new job was blowing every objective! My spouse is the breadwinner, my pay is “play money”! No longer caring made things so much more palatable! When my DM would get on me, I reminded him of all the others that have missed objectives….he than shut up! 😂 Now whose got control? 😂😂😂
With how awful the monthly bonuses are now, it surprises me why people even still try.
