Old time car salesman AND goals STILL will rarely be met!
Use to be called Member Champ. Same thing, different name. You have to be like an old-time used car salesman to succeed at this job.
It’s not new. I don’t think ours lasted a year before she quit. And it took us a long time to hire anyone for the position.
