Everyone at F32 is overworked. People leaving the fab left and right for ATTD or GSC. They froze eng hiring a year ago...nobody getting backfilled, so people are doing the work of 2-3 people for less pay due to the inflation. Yet somehow we are supposed to run 2 more fabs...
i put my time in for 17 years and left like 4 or 5 yrs ago....for last 5 yrs of employment it felt just as u describe it now. This can only mean one thing - it is consistenly going down hill

Morale and enthusiasm left the building many years ago, right about the time of BK the clown's ACTs.
Call me crazy, it I really doubt we’ll build those fabs.
Is it because 1/2 the people are at home at a given time? No, I don’t know what fab you’re talking about, but I used to be in manufacturing. I went to the on-site clinic during COVID and it was empty.
