Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

Under valued

Seems like at US Bank every quarter workers that do the bare minimum are promoted to Officers, Assistant VPs, and VPs. While the hard workers go unnoticed.

US Bank titles mentioned are absolutely meaningless. The title comes with Nothing! I guess some people need such ego st-----g, but there's no money or any other real compensation tied to them.

If you’re really concerned about titles, then I can understand your beef. But a title isn’t who defines you, it isn’t want makes people hold an elevator for you as you approach it, it isn’t what proceeds you as you walk through the door to US Bank. That is your attitude, your personality and your persona. Titles don’t mean much. You might be able to sign something, but don’t let it define who you are. Because those that just recently acquired their titles this week, are the same people they were last week.

Hehehe, you finally get it. You never promote a hard worker, that guy gets things done and keeps the boat afloat.
