Is this just a trick for Stankey to get another big bonus for rescuing the spinoff? You bet it is, the BOD is constantly looking for a way to grant Stankey another bonus.
Time to rally the employees to donate the company PAC. Funny, I don't see Stankey chiping in a dime.
The European Bureaucrats are also questioning if they will approve the spinoff/merger.
Seems that just last week he was bragging to the investor community that he saw no reason why the spinoff would be held up. Just more of his limited knowledge when it comes to mergers and acquisitions. Guess he really doesn't know everything about everything as he claims.
Gee, will the do-nothing Toxic T BoD pull back the multiple 8 figure bonuses they gave the Stink for his deals on both ends of the buy high and sell low strategy of hiding the $100B of debt?
