Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Xerox has a little CIO problem

Sounds like some changes in leadership are happening, with more of the actually capable leaders retiring, and the less capable getting promotions. The new CIO is the same guy who doubled down on the Webster data center just a few years ago. Dinosaur thinking for a dying company.

So much potential wasted. Five years of declining revenues - how much more of a leash does current leadership get?

Lots of "retirements" in XDX last few days. Coincidence?

Was kind of surprised they didn't go with the guy that went to be PARC CIO. Super bright, lots of energy, and a transformational thinker.

This is the same leader that has the highest turnover within his Org. Tino is close to Steve B and that is the only reason he got this job. The people wanted Matt and now everyone will be leaving. Typical Xerox.
