My only hope is that I will find a new job soon. It's only getting worse here. My motivation is zero and I have been unhappy working here for a long time. Is it hopeless to have any more expectations from this company? Does anyone have any optimism at all?

Hope is just a wish unless you make and execute an exit plan
Milk and cookies are being served to you cry babies…Whaaa
Zeroids are a bunch of whiny babies
I left after 27 years. Do not be afraid! There is life after Xerox.
You should try working in the UK IT Services! Guy running that is probably one of the worst managers ever and can’t hide it forever
I was able to escape! I was able to find a fantastic sales position in the medical device industry with a 7-year-old startup company. It is awesome. No longer have to deal with The walking dead management at Xerox. Now part of a true team spirit, it is Us against the world, let's storm the castle attitude. Also have the potential of earning 25 to 50% more. The jobs are out there don't be afraid to find them.
If you're mad because you are stuck in cr-p town, just say so. Its OK.
Couldn't agree more that these whiners have a cr*ppy mindset that will prevent them from being successful no matter where they go.
Its hopeless for whiners to expect to find a new job too! You know you suck and will suck anywhere. Stop posting the same stupid sh-t over and over and go get job at Walmart!
WHAAAAAAAAA! I DON'T LIKE THESE POSTS,. WHAAAAAA! THEY SOUND WHINY AND HURT MY FEELINGS. WHAAAAAA! 😭
I agree. These repeated posts with the same messaging are suspect and probably generated by the same individuals day after day.
Jesus….stop the incessant whining already! Go put your head in the sand.
Yes it is hopeless to expect anything there anymore other then more of the same. It is not hopeless to find a new job. I am no spring chicken, recently left, and am in with a new, exciting company. I feel great again about work, you can too. Crank up the job search and get out, it's never too late and you can't imagine how much happier you'll be.
