Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

Good news from our CDO!

Josetta is finally in-tune with us. We are understood! "I need to stay current on issues faced by our...white male colleagues." Things are looking up for middle aged white men at Chevron again. I think I will buy that new Ford pickup after all with my bonus after all.

I would think a CDO would be higher than a 25 in a company this big, but if you ask me I’d be happy if it were no higher than that. It’s just window dressing and noise anyway.

I swear white people want to be oppressed so badly. The world is yours so quit your whining.

Help! I'm being reppressed!

White males do a lot of whining on this site. I am a middle aged white male, we are not exactly underrepresented in leadership.

In the RTW meeting for supervisors, she spouted off about how she misses baristas making her coffee. Anybody can find it on the intranet called “leading hou”. At the 26:40 mark she goes on and on about how she misses not having to make her own food and wants the cafeteria food.

I worked years ago with some very highly paid Diversity Consultants from Atlanta. They were full of buzzwords and hot air but management were trying to cover their ample bottoms (while bad-mouthing the consultants behind their back).

At this point I'm thinking of quitting and starting a diversity accreditation company. Want a certificate showing your company is on the leading edge of diversity and inclusion? Just purchase my diversity and inclusion course for a low price of $5000 per person.

If you want some diversity head over to the off campus site (612 Wharf Ave.) We have people there that will be good for anyone. You like DJT hes there. you are more of an BHO man hes there.

Honestly MW doesn't really care about any gender or race. Its really just dividends and share buybacks he cares about.

I suppose there's nothing wrong with a run-of-the-mill patent attorney, coddled throughout her career (read her own high-pot bio!) miraculously turning into a CDO after being visible but marginally involved in a few volunteer efforts. I guess one valuable lesson she learned from LJ's demise was to fully capitulate to the SR trend-du-jour.

The irony is that while Chevron languishes with its transition strategy (gas from manure? really?), toys with chic social engineering, and begins its fossil fuel decline, it will be funded by revenue from those legacy assets found and developed by (you guessed it) white males.

How can she stay current on issues affecting white males when there are none? All we do is privilege, all day, every day.

Delete any email from any CDO as soon as it arrives.

Haha. Good luck with that. White males are a thing of the past at chevron. Not to mention males of any color at chevron. You have to have an innie not an outie to be heard here.
