Seems as if the new word that some mangers like to throw around is "Coach/Coaching". I am really sick of the negative attitude that some managers have. They create a hostile environment. I say bring it on....

Our manager sends his little team leads and assistant managers to try and make life sh** for people they want to rid of. Funny to watch them at work!
i agree different clubs different managers and some mangers dont know how to be managers all they do is bully and want to coach people. Managers especially that dont know anything and if you dare tell them the correct way to do anything and your right and they look bad then you have a target on your back and trust me they will try every single day to find something on you even if they have to make it up. I agree I am about to fight back I have been there way to long foe someone to come in and push me out just because he dont know as much as he should know. That just not my fault maybe he should have learned more before he became a manager.
Yeah that is there way of not feeling like well u know. They know exactly what they are doing. They target people. And then they bully and bully well that what happens at our club. I am about to bully back can't push me out that easy gonna have to fight hard to get me out.
