Even those who are joining just to use HON as a stepping stone until they can get something better. It's a complete waste of time. HON is no longer as much of an asset on a resume as it once was, so the only advantage this place used to have is gone. There are so many available options to get a few years of experience where you'll learn some things and better yourself, unlike here. HON is a career black ho-e.

Totally agree. In fact, I think it might be a blemish. No one cares that I worked there. I have my current gig because of previous roles, not HON.
One good thing about working for Honeywell is that one will have an understanding of what it is like to work for a company that takes its employees for granted. The Honeywell employee will then be able to better evaluate a future employer. Which of course there will be one if you are young enough.
