Walmart did not knee jerk and mandate jabs for the field associates when Biden first said to so I don't think they will do it now.

@1sqa is 100% correct. Companies can still require it. The courts have consistently said so. Do your research.

Wrong! The courts have consistently upheld a private employer's right to require a vaccine as a condition of employment. What the court upheld is that the government cannot require and employer to require a vaccination of their employees. The employer can still require a vaccine and many have already done so.

This only says OSHA can't mandate. Nothing is stopping HR from making it policy.
