Don’t let your guard down. Management seems to take great delight in pulling the rug out from under its employees..
Just wait … it’s coming. They were treating the vaccination requirements as a way to RIF … even had budgeted projections on what and how many they’d lose by role and geography. Now that the executive order is stayed they will get more aggressive. Executive leadership is even hinting to it on calls as part of 22 planning (which btw isn’t even done down to the business unit…and yes we’re almost a month into the new year).
Tomorrow my last day! Along with others! Thank goodness. So so many service calls, no techs, just a total shame. Shouldn't have taken everything from your employees! Looking forward in my 24% higher salary plus OT. Bye!!!!
They are too busy hiring as they now realized the laid off too many plus lots of folks leaving on their own.
Ummm they don’t have to. Everyone is leaving on their own!
It's still early, give them some time. They won't disappoint.
