When will we get the message. Unions protect us and keep corporate from making crazy changes without our approval. We need power or things will get worse every year.

Then leave a go work for a union company. They protect the lazy workers. Go to work , work hard and you will get far in this company and make a decent wage. Nothing is given to you. No matter where you go things are not perfect.

Been decades talking about union never gonna happen. Private company family owned. Union isn’t that great.

All things are capable of being bad if you don’t demand that they are correct. How can one individual demand that Walmart do better by you. No one can do that unless their last name is Walton. Everybody’s quick to bash unions from all the lessons that Sams Club and Walmart of Torres over the years. Why is Sam’s Club scared of them and Spend so much time talking about we don’t need them. Did the audit team need them, What about the accounting department, How about the membership team lead?

Unions make promises they cannot keep. Better pay, better working conditions, better benefits, They will tell you what you want to hear and then they don’t deliver.
I would like to see what the union could offer. I think we’re too quick to judge about the stereotypes of unions from back in the day. Look how companies have really gotten out of hand and how rich the top 1 to 5% has gotten since the unions have gone away. I think we should give them a chance if they came back under the right direction.
