I loved this company, I was even proud to work here. And then I realized that for them the employees are to blame for all the bad things that happen in this company. Are we really responsible for everything bad that happens here? Should we worry about the future of this company instead of those who only care about quarterly numbers on Wall Street?

You are correct. Managers will never be held accountable for their poor planning and the expectation is always on the employees to bail them out.
Further, no lower level manager has the ability to push back when non-sensical or impossible schedules/goals/directives emerge from on high, or they will be replaced.
"Loved this company"? Sure you're not just trolling?
Yes. And yes.
