I'm done picking up the slack for lazy coworkers

Either get everybody to do their job or those of us who do the work will walk.

A union would fix this it would put requirements on all workers to get a certain amount of work done each day. It would also limit the managers and all their BS. Unions do not operate like they used to like Walmart and Sams Club says they do. Why is a company so scared of a union. Unions will not give us huge pay raises but they will give us pay raises. They will also ensure we don’t lose our jobs for no reason. They will require everyone to do what their job requires them to do. They will also keep managers in check

It's not going to stop. They work slow play on there phones , long breaks and lunches. they get by with it . no one takes care of the problem . I am done staying late till midnight or later for all the lazy lazy coworkers. it has gone on to long. but i know it is not going to go away.

we have two fellows who intentionally go slow. so when anther guy hired on who is just slow , not by intention as far as i can tell , the other two had the gall to say in a meting that the teamleads need to reprimand folks not going fast enough...hahahaha.... turtles demanding snails be coached for slowness.... point is it is usually lazy folks whoi accuse others of laziness. Liars accuse others of lying and thieves accuse others of stealing.
