Stealing employee PPTO

I had a family member who had some major medical issues. Be cause I call in few days to help my member with there health. It put me over 5 points I was call into manger office they told me they understand why I called and they going to take some point off after that I was a 4.5 points. Today I was on the wire and I see I lost all my PPTO and PTO hours that I had. So I went to my manger and they said because I called in so much they took all my paid time off. And put on my next check. I been with this company for over 11 years and this is how they treat there long term employee. Another associate I my department every pay period he see his ppto build up little bit and the next day it right back at 0 again like it was never there. Mangers at my club are robbing employee of there pay time off. And everyone scared to go to corp they are afraid of retaliation. This is not the same company I start at over 11 years ago.

Wouldn't it be best to just leave that sh** ho-e? And please it is not manger. ..that's where Jesus was born. It is manager.

If you are in California contact the California State Labor Board. What the manager is doing is illegal in California.

If it’s on your check they didn’t steal it. That’s what ppto is for. Or u could just take the 5 points and get fired. Also I think u can take a leave of absence if u don’t want to use pto/ppto.
