Did you know you can simply say that not having a raise since July 2019 makes you unhappy?

You don’t need to quote my comment to validate your own. It’s imbecilic and when management sees imbeciles on here posting quotes of previous comments the result is no raises because they figure we will keep working anyways...which we do, but no need to make it obvious!

QUOTE “The job itself isn’t so bad. The management can be a hassle to work with sometimes though.“

Are you speaking for everyone at NS, everyone at your location, or just for yourself?

“We are all one big happy NS family at my location. Even the guy with schizophrenia is happy most of the time. What’s not to be happy about?“

No raises since July 2019 is a big reason to not be happy.

Besides morale being down it honestly hasn't changed much the only difference from now and 18 years ago is I thought I'd retire from here and now I'm not so sure.

Thanks for the reply’s. I just wanted to know if anybody is still happy with their job here because I needed validation for my own inner struggles about working here. What I gained, however, was so much more valuable...a working knowledge of quotation marks and how to use them to draw attention to myself.

I guess I’m just an amateur troll and not ready for the big leagues. Now I know...Thanks!!!

“Look. I’m not going to get on here and start quoting people because what would be the point? “

The point is I can’t just say a “thing” without directing it towards something else that has me triggered. And I can’t stop myself from mentioning firearm parts whenever I get the chance. If you don’t like it, then make like a .22 and shewt on outta here. Pew...pew...

Look. I’m not going to get on here and start quoting people because what would be the point? Sometimes I see something I disagree with and I do what any other adult would do and I just ignore it and move on with my life..., but I will say that if NS does collapse or gets rid of me I have more options than just 2. I also have more education than a diploma. Trade schools and journeyman’s licenses can be more valuable than a 4 year degree or a job at NS.

Speak for yourself, I have a 4 year degree and know others who have degrees and work at NS in Union positions. The money is just better than most of what we would make with our degrees outside. At least if we get fired though we wont be working at Walmart

Everybody I know is miserable, so I'm wondering how widespread that is.
