Every January they start to cut hours so why are they adding backroom associates to the payroll . 2 full time and 1 part time. And of course our shady club slotted in their fav's for those positions before anyone else even knew about them. Our current BR associates don't have enough to stay busy now. What gives?

We have three full time AM and one full time PM.
We work Sundays & Monday’s with only 1 backroom associate. Tuesdays and Saturdays we have 2. Wednesday’s, Thursday’s, & Fridays we have 3.
Still in the hiring stage.
That’s only 20 shifts. Four full time people would work five days each to make up those 20 shifts. Where is the other full timer and the part timer?
Tuesday, Wednesday / 4 people. Thursday, Friday Saturday/ 3 people. Sunday 1. Monday 2
So you’re saying you’ll have four associates back there in the AM each day?
Just during the day, it will be a total of 5 full and 1 pt. Not Including PM shift.
So exactly how many do you have now that they’ve added “more”?
