On my district there will be 30-40 people leaving. I predict there will be a meltdown beyond anything imaginable. I’m sure there are many more districts in the same situation. Gonna be a fun time over the next few years.

Melt down in 3 to 4 years. It's close to a meltdown right now where I'm at. Trains everywhere with no crews
