Telling staff not even to go in voluntarily. I'm guessing cases are exploding across the compay and that we wont be able to staff key areas while people are out sick.

Hey OP - we had around 286,000 new cases yesterday. You really don't have to guess that cases are exploding. I doubt anyone here doesn't know somebody personally that hasn't had/got it.
Constructive feedback should be embraced. Quit trying to be the board police.
To the childish “there” vs “their” correctors: Grow up and get a life. Everyone gets thrown by spell correct from time to time. If that’s all that you have to say, please stay out of the conversation.

I read many of these posts and I do wonder about the education system in the US. The culture warriors are all worried about CRT. They should worry about teaching basic reading, writing and arithmetic.

Their is the possessive pronoun, as in "their car is red"; there is used as an adjective, "he is always there for me," a noun, "get away from there," and, chiefly, an adverb, "stop right there.
