The interesting question is whither the corporate structure created after the TW merger which created AT&T Inc, and AT&T Communication is needed after the TW spin off?
Of course it is not needed. And of course the Stink's position will not be become unnecessary.
So will there be a structure change, and will Stink be given an offer he cannot refuse? Who will take the Stink's place? Poopin' Fresh?
The answers to those questions will be that the worthless BoD will create or keep the least efficient, most bloated corporate structure they can think of, waste hundreds of millions in bonuses for worthless executives, have way to many, mentally ill, redundant chiefs, put in place the most incompetent, corrupt, W O K E executives possible, all while firing as many US based employees as possible.
No way! He’s gonna get more than $25 million this year for losing billions in shareholder value! The BOD love their fees, perks and BOD status. Stankey has the corporate jet he can use for his personal transportation to his multiple villas and a free Augusta Country club membership in Georgia!!
Why would he as long as he keeps making bank? Only way to get rid of this highly compensated loser is for the board to terminate his contract and hand him a golden parachute.
But then the board needs to be replaced because they have tolerated & encouraged his and Randy's incompetence.
This company has zero chance of recovering any time soon.
