Do team leaders get a raise for carrying keys to open the club?

I’ve heard there are many clubs out there that STILL have the managers opening the clubs at 4am and closing the clubs at midnight rather than the leads being responsible.
Nope. Most key holders are merch leads and they are the lowest paid leads in the club.

Yes when I was a merch lead back on the old overnights, we got a $1 raise for be a 'Key Holder', same for my other lead. The ones without keys made less.
Yes they do....obviously! What else do most of them do besides sit, eat, get fat and watch those they are trying to get rid of?
