The stock price over the 13 years is indicative of "No Confidence" in leadership. This will not change until the BODs holds a vote to remove the problem(s). Until then many of you who hold more than 3% of T in your portfolio (401k) are suffering greatly. A 8.9% dividend sounds great, but remember it's high because the stock price is plummeting. Look at your cost basis and you're upside-down unless you bought in 1905 (sarcasm). I'm a holder of T and waiting to see what happens with the Discovery/WarnerMedia merger as holders will receive shares of the new company. I have no idea how that will convert, but it's worth the wait to see David Zaslov's competence to return some shareholders' value.
