I have to say this is one of the better places I've worked..the environment is competitive yet friendly, and we're tearing down elements of it that cost us a lot of money.

That $’:t is funny I don’t care who you are. I can only assume that your last job was cleaning septic tanks with a 5 gallon bucket. That would make sense; since the first rule of plumbing applies as the first and golden rule at Win started by our C level group.
If this is one of the better places that you have work it must be your first job. Or maybe you work for WS HR.
I have been in the work force for over 40 yrs. This is by far the worst company I've worked for
WS HR 8 INCH FOR YA
I suppose it's possible if every company you've worked for was awful (Burger King, McDonald's?).
@xkh+1e8kxQS6 I wish I could Up Vote your comment 10,000 times!!
Facts I dare HR, Leadership or the initiator of the thread to dispute:
- Annual inflation hitting 5-6% a year while at Windstream you are lucky to get a 1% annual raise.
- E-mail requests sent to rank and file workers requesting that they file good reviews on Glass Door to promote a false narrative about Windstream's work environment.
- Reaching out to Windstream employees begging them to ask industry people to join Windstream as employees in desperation.
- Offering Bonuses to new hires if they stay at least 1 year while denying long term employees adjustments (look at first fact and see how well that will works out in the long run as an employee).
- Such a pi-s poor environments and morale that the CEO twice told employees during large group meetings that 'Windstream is not a Prison' as opposed to addressing the issues head on.
Leadership knows all of the above are documented facts that they can only try to spin but cannot deny!
Lol, everyone knows this is from WS HR. You can make statistics say anything you want.
