Everyone is all for equal pay but not equal work. The company should start doing mandatory job rotations for jobs traditionally held by women and men. We have too many people that sit in offices drinking coffee these days that don’t understand the basics of our business. Unfortunately, many of these professional coffee tasters usually get promoted to director or higher.

2 levels above me work from home and take at least two days to respond to email. So busy in meetings .... Oh and since Covid "please do not call me email or Q only". I hate to say it but Mobility could cut 15% no problem.

The Stink does not believe for equal pay. He wants all the pay, and employees should get nadda. Employees are treated like slaves by the Stink.
The US is not Kommunists, despite the policies of our current mis-adminstration. If you are not getting paid what you deserve, you are not a slave and can leave Toxic T and be rid of the Stink and all his BS.
