Say what you want I miss the mebership lady that left last month with the company did away with her job. It was a short time but nobody is taking care of me and training like she did. Why did they cut them loose?

Loyalty means nothing to the corporate hacks
Member Support was only the Entry Door at this point. Member Support associates that worked the Desk were moved to Member Frontline a long time ago. The math on this story doesn’t add up.
They got rid of all the positions that were critical. It all come down to money. This is not Sam Walton’s Sam’s Club. It is Corporate American Greed at it’s finest.
Same reason they got rid of our cash office ladies, the personnel lady, our audit team, our membership desk team, stopped manning most of the registers, and all the rest. Greed.
Sounds like she did a great job training you if you already need her back.
