Since these notifications came out and all the chatter around it at least 30% of the department is ready to call it quits. It’s a complete sh-t show at US Bank. Good luck replacing that many people.

Yeah when managers (salaried) can't explain to their hourly reports what they're exactly going to paid for merit this spring you know you have something special going on as a company.
The Special Rules for business reorganizations is anxiety-producing.

The severance plan doesn’t help the little guy getting the boot or those who have been with the company a few years. The PBP was eliminated for grade levels 4-10. The little guy who was only going to get 3% bonus is getting zilch while grade level 25 gets 90% bonus… let that sink in
