Not only do employees know this, but others have long known that Oracle is a company that brings together unscrupulous climbers, people who are prone to lying and who are the source of a negative atmosphere throughout the company.
What is more fascinating to me is that no one (at least not my close colleagues) thinks that this atmosphere will ever improve and change for the better.

Well, you can’t change anything if the people who make the decisions believe there is nothing wrong. I did the smartest thing….resigned.
Corruption is in charge at Oracle. That doesn’t change. Once everyone in management is running their own scams there is no way to make a dent in that. The corrupt will band together to eliminate those in the management who would oppose them. It’s the decent guys that are attacked and eliminated. Nothing will change that. All of these people should be fired but it won’t happen cause there is no one to do that.
Positive Change. At Oracle? Hehehehehehehe. Yea, right. That horse left the barn and dropped stone cold on the other side of the hill.
The odds of my winning the lottery this weekend are higher than things getting better at Oracle!
On the bright side, hades will seam like an improvement. It can get better!
