The market has been clear that they don’t like nor appreciate this CEO. Stock price is reflecting that and will continue to reflect that until something changes.

All hope to turn this company around is lost. While a large part of the debt has been/will be transitioned to DTV and WM, T still owns a majority ownership of these companies and thus is still on the hook for payback. Its funny how many believe T will be left with about $130B in debt after AN close, but the real amount is closer to $200B in debt. No way T will ever pay this debt.

Time to cut your losses, T will continue to sink even lower next year due to the dividend cut, inflation causing subscribers to cut the cord, therefore, revenues down and the fed raising the interest rate and also more Covid fears from the new variant! Overall, a market pullback!

Please keep in mind that the Stink's strategy with the spinoffs of DTV and TW is all smoke and mirrors. T still owns 70% of DTV. And T shareholders will be the majority shareholders of TW / Discovery spinoff after close. So the debt is still being held by T shareholders.

Stink gets multiple eight figure bonuses for hiding the debt. But it is still there from the Ratty's buy high, and the Stink's sell low strategy.

This is a December tax loss selling event. That means T is being sold because investors are harvesting losses to offset gains in … well, practically everything else, which may be exasperating the effect. So, while this is happening due to very poor long-term Randall-led strategy, we are likely in oversold territory here. We are likely to be more stable after the new year.

Definitively next year Toxic T will be in the single digits (uninvestable) after the dividend is cut in half. Stink will do a 10 for 1 reverse split just like GE. The Stink will get $100M bonus for his great job from the worthless BoD of Toxic T, and the Stink will write a book just like Immelt that he is the greatest CEO in history.
