I heard that Honeywell’s Top Management is moving to India. They said it is the future of Honeywell so they need to live there.

Sounds plausible, Honeywell is a bottom tier company now so it makes sense to move to a bottom tier country.
It's been happening for months now, slowly all development is moving to India. Atlanta is a dead zone, nobody wants to go back there, rather bail out than deal with that vacuous sucking ho-e in the company. Meetings are now scheduled with IST in mind, always. Us staff, just overheard. If your in buildings learn Hindi.
When I left, the truck delivering Top Management to Honeywell hadn’t arrived yet. Now we know where it went!

Ain't got nothing against Indians as they are also trying to make a living where oppurtunities are. But, I would not be surprised that if they leadership team packs and move to India since they are good at over delivering on promises but under delivering on results.
